Basic rooms, small bathroom, good breakfast,, as it was raining a lot we could borrow umbrella's from the hotel. Room could be better cleaned: empty coke bottle from previous guest was still on table. Price is a high for what room is, but I assume thisis the regular Norwegian rate more

The Comfort Hotel Holberg in Bergen is a little gem. Bergen is only small and this hotel was perfectly central enough for walking to the harbour, Bryggen and the Fish Market (don't worry...it's not so close that you can smell the fish!). The breakfast is plentiful, self-service with lots of choice. They also offer free tea and coffee throughout the... more

This is an average budget hotel in Bergen. It's not central, but Bergen is a small town, so that's not a problem. The rooms are a bit small, but with a great bathtub. The staff is OK. The breakfast room and quality is the worst. We have to stay in the line for ages, and than realize that don't have... more

There is a lady who loosely defines herself as a 'manager' at this hotel, her name is Troy. Allow me to elucidate. As I was about to leave the hotel, I had to make a KLM boarding pass and asked for her help as I did last month in Vienna at the Marriott SchonBrunn , with total success. Iwas asked... more

Went here on a business trip alone. I catched a cold, so I had to spend a lot of time at the hotel room during the evenings. The rooms are small but very warm and cozy, and the beds are comfortable considered it as a budget hotel. But you have to go down to the reception to get internet access... more

This was an excellent hotel for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious with a good sized bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable and large. The breakfast was decent with a good range of options and some particularly nice breads and meats. There were also some nice touches such as free waffles at... more

The room had a great feel to it - modern and cosy - and they had some good touches such as breakfast, free coffee and internet access. Location is slightly away from anything else you'd probably want to be near, but not so much that it's a hassle. Would definitely stay there again. more

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Easy to walk around the city and get to the train station and Hurtigruten terminal. The room was very modern and clean. Breakfast was great with some hot options. Only drawback - wifi is not free. more

This hotel has a perfect location - walking distance from everything. Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. We stayed on the 6th floor overlooking some of the town and the harbor - perfect. Would totally stay in this hotel again! more
