I stayed two nights, with a change of bedroom. I didn't meet Yvonne, but Renate looked after me and my fellow guests superbly. It is in a traditional style wooden house, and I don't think there were any right angles in the building! It's really handy from Bryggen, and only a few minutes' walk from Flybussen's terminus, but very quiet... More

The 3 of us (my wife, her sister and I) spent 4 nights at To Sostre and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Renate made us feel at home and was so very accommodating. Breakfasts were hearty, tasty with slight variations every day. We stayed in the Loft which was spacious enough for the 3 of us. It also has a small... More

Bergen is wet and cold and my husband and I arrived at the end of May and stayed for 3 nights. I had a cast on my foot due to a recent fracture, so it was important to have a warm, cosy place to retreat from the rain. This was definitely IT. Renata was the sister on duty while we... More

The B&b is in a fantastic location in Bergen. The rooms are really well presented and although we technically had the smallest room it was fine. The only down side is having to share a barhroom but it's only with one other room and it was never a problem. Breakfast was good and ideal in order to save a bit... More

We stayed as a family, including a small baby, at the Two Sisters in Bergen and it was a perfect base to see Bergen. Located in an historic building by the heart of the town. Comfortable beds and large living room. Brilliant breakfast each day including smoked salmon and scrambled egg. our hosts Yvonne and Renate could not have been... More

a small tucked away bergen townhouse, lovely rooms and considerate, helpful and caring hosts. minutes from the quayside and town center. if you book here, you will be very, very pleased with your stay. we opted for the large attic room with its own bath and balcony, which was great.

My wife and in-laws stayed during late April 2015 and had a great experience. The sisters had a family activity, so left us the key for our arrival, and it was easy. Not being able to turn around on the narrow street after unloading the luggage was probably the only tough part! Backed all the way to the main street... More

We had the most wonderful long weekend in Bergen and stayed at the To Sostre Guesthouse. Yvonne helped to make our stay just perfect and even collected us from the station to avoid the rain after our train was delayed due to an earlier derailment on the line. The guesthouse is quaint, homely, comfortable and kitted out to a very... More

My fiancé selected a 2 night stay at the guest house, imformative web site and quick communication. The rooms, facilities were to a high standard and the smiles and conversation at the beginning of our breakfasts was welcoming, the array of fresh food at the table with choice of eggs was superb. On balance: Central, olde town position, parking is... More

Very clean, nice decor. The two sisters are both very accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choices. It's situated in back of the Bryggen and is a short walk to the wharf and main part of town. It's also part of a charming and safe neighborhood.
