The Vossestolen Hotel is situated at Lake Oppheim on E16 between Stalheim and Voss. It is nice and clean and the meals are good. The owner is very friendly and helps you with good advice about the area. You can even go fishing at the lake.
The only downside is the rather heavy traffic on the E16 during the day...
