Perfectly situated on the water front in Trondheim's old city. Beautifully designed. Small but perfectly functional rooms. Easy parking. Clean well equipped gym with brand new spinning bike... with a water front view! As per almost everywhere in Norway, the staff are efficient, beautiful, curteous, fun and speak English better than most London natives. Try to stay over a weekend...... More

Trondhiem is blessed with excellent and quite imaginative properties with superb facilities for conferences and business stays as well as touristic breaks. It is a relatively compact city, so any of the central properties will allow you an easy walk around. So, how do you make that choice? Rica have good hotels all over Norway and this is one of... Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for the second time, and once again it met our expectations. We stayed in a double room in the 2. floor viewing the river Nidelven. Calm and comfortable room. the heating was set in a comfortable 22 degrees celsius, and it was heaven to enter the room as it was freezing -... More

If I could give 4.5 instead of 4 or 5 I would, but since there were some small minors that make the overall experience not a definitive fiver I have to go for the four. I stayed in the hotel four nights and the first night I stayed in a very small room, hardly ever stayed in a smaller room... More

Our room was small, but very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was on the other hand enormous both in size and quality! Delicious and inventive, lots of choices both of warm and cold foods, and the opposite in every way of standardized, boring, hotel breakfasts. Our only regret was that we did not have the possibility to... More

Nice staff, clean hotel with comfy rooms and the breakfast realy is amazing. Everything you wish when you are away from home. The hotel bar is a nice place to relax after a busy day in Trondheim .The location is great, easy to find by car and the parking garage in the same building is a plus.

We only stayed there for one night, but I wish I had been able to stay longer and ceck out their restaurant, that seemed nice. Very good Scandinavian breakfast, nice interior and a friendly staff. Their Norwegian/English-spoken bartender was very nice to us. Rooms and beds very good, and the airportbus stopped right outside. The hotel was all new and... More

Best, breakfast, ever. Has everything you want and more. Room had everything you'd need and sufficient size for 2 people, a bit smaller than other rooms throughout holiday. Bathroom was nice, great shower with plenty of space unlike many others in my travels. Great staff, would definitely stay again.

My first impressions were positive. Small clean hotel with smiling staff. What else could you ask for? I arrived in the afternoon after a long flight and I was flight. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed? What? A hotel without food? Fortunately this was my first and last bad impression. The room was clean but small. But who cares? You are... More

First time visit to this hotel. Only had one night but it was good. Quiet room, amazing breakfast (really!) and nice friendly staff. My only comment was that the tv in the room (555) wasn't calibrated correctly and the image was very dark on all channels. But that's a minor thing, the hotel is great and I would recommend it...
