I had to stay at the Hotell Vic in May 2006 while in Porsgrunn for business. It's the only hotel in Porsgrunn. It was expensive, especially with the exchange rate against the dollar, and not worth the money. My TV didn't work for days, and the receptionist kept telling me rudely that I just didn't know how to turn it... more
