It was a marvelous scenery in this area, but the hotel had many faults... The food was average, but very expensive. The rooms were OK, small bathrooms and tepid water. Arrived here after driving on 2 of the most scenic but hair raising roads. The Troll Road and the road down into Geiranger. Hair pin bends, long drops and wonderful views. The hotel had big bedroom with a large bathroom and good shower. The garden view rooms were quiet (no road noise) and cheaper. The beds were firm, but the curtains were not dark enough for us.
