This is just another big, unpersonal conference hotel. A hotel in a good location by the canal in Tønsberg and in the center of the town. Stayed here a couple of nights now in March and it was most relaxing. The hotel is right by the canal, where you find several outdoor-seating resturants. This was a nice standard hotel. Rooms were fairly small but typical for the area. About a half mile walk from the train station. Right on the water near plenty of nice restaurants. The free breakfast was great.

Nice Hotel, staff friendly and welcoming, very clean and well maintained to a high standard, e-mail based bookings without a hitch. The bar was nice. The food (bar & breakfast) was OK'ish - nothing to write home about.

Nicely situated by the harbour. Check in was very smooth and quick. They have a peking garage, but that is very expensive. You can park for 20 NOK just a block away. The reception told us about this. Perfect location by the harbour. OK rooms. Very good breakfast. Not possible to make your own coffee/tea in the room and no coffee machine in the lobby. You will need to go to the conference area to ask for a coffee.

We had a room with view over Tonsberg brygge, a waterfront area with lots of restaurants. Nice location and friendly staff. Pool is located on the roof, but was closed due to high level of Chlorine. Room did not have AC. Good value for money.
