This is a basic tourist class hotel in the town centre. My room was small with two narrow and firm beds. Flat screen TV. Wireless Inernet for a fee. The bathroom was very close to disgusting but it had a good shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was the standard Scandinavian style buffet. This is definetly not a place... more
This review is for a stay in 1996, but... Norway hasn't changed much. Nice location, within walking distance of train and ferry stations, shopping walkplatz around the corner, nice amenities in typically modest scandanavian style. Desk staff all speak excellent English. Norway AT&T toll-free access number dialable from the room phone. Decent eats nearby, night clubs down the street. more
The Hotel Mitt is located in central Moss on the South Coast of Norway - around 45 minutes South of Oslo by train. Moss is a quiet town with a few nice resturants although a functional place rather than a tourist hotspot. The hotel is expensive by UK standards at around £100 per night, and the rooms are quite dated... more
