Typical norwegian in a positive sense - adds to the flair. A wooden historical building on top of Oslo looking over the fjords. Walking distance from ski jump but fairly far from the centre - train station however close by. This is a nice hotel situated ouside of Oslo so getting into town is quite expensive if you use taxis. The restaurant is excellent as are the views over Oslo and the Fjord. However ask for the nicer rooms as some are quite dated and a bit shabby. The Luxertyrooms are the best especially those with a view over Oslo. more
