The location of the hotel was so inconvenient, far from the bus and train station, and removed from the popular tourist attractions. I would suggest this hotel for anyone traveling to their country's embassy, as all the embassies were close. In a fairly pleasant location just outside the city centre. Its main drawback was lack of air conditioning in the room, especially when the curtains were left open all day by the maid. Positives: Newer, clean, decent-sized rooms. Easy access to very-convenient tram system, which we used extensively. Free Internet in lobby.
