The only reason to stay in this hotel is for its convenient location for the central station. I stay in (generally much much nicer) hotels for business regularly and have NEVER experienced such rude, aggressive and unhelpful reception staff. The area is very rough, you will be approached by beggars, drug addicts and prostitutes within two minutes of stepping outside... more

The only reason why I occasionally stay at this hotel is the location by Centralstation so that it is extremely easy to come from the airport by train. Otherwise I do not really like the hotel. Typical Scandic chain hotel. Check-in was great and very quick. Breakfast was as always very plentiful and of good quality. Room was clean and bed comfy but may need a refurbishment soon as starting to look dated. Good value for money in Oslo. more
