Small rooms, you hear your neighbour using the loo. Not my favourite noise. No heating in bathroom floor, but the shower is hot. Earplugs are handed out, but it's not very comfortable sleeping with them. The most friendly staff was the cleaninglady, happiest person I'v ever met (more or less) I won't stay here again.
