The Rica Holberg must be a decent hotel; the first view you have of it is positive. In a city that has largely mangled its streetscape, the Holberg has a nice, classical, flowered front. We've actually never gone wrong with Rica – in Malmö, Stockholm and now Oslo. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood that's quite close to the central area, palace and Frogner.
