The check in process was smooth and professional, the lobby is spacious with sitting groups, and a bar. Rooms are clean, quiet and the beds are comfortable. Like all hotels in Oslo, the prices are outrageous. They have free internet, and a good view from the top rooms. The room is not preheated when you get there, so make sure to ask for a space heater at the front desk. Or you will be cold the first night.... more

Everything was perfect from the start - reservation, check-in, etc. The location is great ( a few hundred metres from the actual center), great breakfast (as other reviews say a bit crawded but that's only because the locals also consider it to be the best). Can only agree with the other reviews... Stayed at this hotel 3 nights in week 4... Standard room Clean - Nice service and a superp view.. especially from the Gym on 37th floor... Stayed here on business trip, but would think twice before staying here again. The rooms are getting worn down and are in need of refurbishment. First room I got smelled of old cigarettes and the curtain rails were slanting. For €300 this is unacceptable. Sure plus for the skybar though. Excellent view of Oslo from here. more
