not possible to get WIFI connection because to many was logged on.

There's nothing wrong with this hotel, but there isn't much that is great either. I'd say it has delusions of grandeur, as they want to think that they're this high end boutique place, when in reality they're very average. Had to book this hotel as it was the only one with available rooms in down-town Tromsø. Nearly all hotels are centrally located, and so is this. Hence, no extra points for location. The Rica hotel was bulid in the location of one of the first hotel in Tromso. The welcome was very good, and the price was resonae considering the location ( amidst of the centre, close to the hurtugruten) The clean room was of standart size and funrished very functional.
