Having stayed in a few hotels in the town centre before, was a little
surprised to find myself a two mile walk from the high street. Room is a bit spartan (no bath, only a shower), but as long as you have a room facing the back of the hotel, you'll have a good view out across the fjord.

Breakfast - well, every Norwegian hotel I've stayed in has had pretty
mediocre breakfast. OK, it's included in the price, but it's still a choice of two cereals and a lot of bits of meat.
