We were a bit apprehensive with the entrance and the elevator, but the room was lovely, with a very comfy bed, modern bathroom, gracious staff and in room breakfast. We had the most delightful room 112 facing Kartner Strasse. We could stand in the bow window and see the Statsopera and down the street towards Stephansplatz. My first impression was that this hotel should be a 3 star one not 4. But due to location, staff, good breakfast and room size (family suite for 4) we are fine with it. Easy to reach most of the Vienna's attractions. Quite location with parking places around.

The staff is very professional and helpful and is very knowledgeable about local restaurants and things to do. The location is excellent. Would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Vienna. We also have been recommending this wonderful hotel to our family and friends.

This B&B had mostly pros, but some cons. just spent two wonderful nights at this property, offering an amazing price for the location (right next to Opera house; famous Sacher Hotel - where you would usually pay EUR 400; yet the same size of rooms and almost the same interior) - would return anytime. You cant get wrong by booking there.
