Generally very impressed. Room had recently been refurbished, one of the best showers ever in a hotel, staff really helpful and friendly. Short walk to under ground station, gets you to almost anywhere in the city in a short time. I note someone has commented on no hot food available at breakfast, we didn't realise it the first day either... More

Just returned from a four night stay. Recently refurbished to a very good standard throughout and has a great number of positives.
