Situated in quiet neighborhood and close to tram D and subway U4,this was a great hotel to hide away from noise of the city yet so close via public transport or walk if active. Huge breakfast choice to start the day, small gym if needed (walk vienna where possible, see monuments and churches off the tourist tract). Would recommend and... More

This hotel was a very good choice in Vienna. Everything was always clean, staff was kind and polite, breakfast was great and the location excellent. It's not a luxury hotel but great enough for a couple like us: middle-aged, self-indulgent and needing for peace and silence. I can really recommend!

The Hotel Strudlhof was our home away from home for 3 weeks. The staff always treated us with kindness and was willing to help in everyway. The rooms are kept very clean. Breakfast was provided each day and served more than enough food so that one did not need a large lunch. The location of this hotel is also great.... More

The Hotel Strudlhof is an excellent place to stay in Vienna. It's located in a quiet, and really very pretty, neighborhood, has a outstanding breakfast buffet, good-sized rooms that are very clean, an outstanding and very friendly staff at the reception desk and in the Bistro (where small plates of food and drink are available in a comfortable setting), is... If you are looking for an affordable place, clean, comfy and quite, that has a working AC, then this is the place for you. (Note, most places don’t have AC) They offer a fantastic breakfast buffet every morning. I’m talking from different juices, to bacon and bagel and 10 types of breads, cheese, fresh fruits and vegitables, yogurts and etc.... More

we stayed four nights at this Hotel. It is located a little way from the city centre, in a pleasant residential area. The Hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and the superior room 703 on the top floor was quiet and spacious, with a nice view, good aircon and a safe. The free WiFi is good too. Breakfast in the 3rd... Bit short on staff in the public areas so you can wait to check in or get served at the bar. Room was fine - no in-room coffee making facility but I took a travel kettle so no problem. There was a fridge with some space. Wifi in the room worked well. Breakfast was very good, but didn't use the... More

Stayed here for 4 nights/ 5 days. Comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Room comfortable and with usual fixtures - TV/ fridge/ safe as well as comfy seats and table. Quiet neighborhood very hand for trams, buses and underground and within walking distant of many major sites to visit, if you like walking. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent 4 nights in this slightly out of the way hotel but it was worth it for the room, breakfast, and lovely service from Margot! We were on the 5th floor and the room was quiet, large and had seperate bath/shower from the toilet. Breakfast was satisfying, good continental choice but the eggs, sausage and bacon only luke warm! Had... More
