Quite unusual hotel, since you have to climb to the 6. floor of the building to reach the reception. Behind the reception, there is a small restaurant for serving breakfest and a nice terrace , where you can enjoy nice /however not exeptional/ view of Vienna. The rooms occupy three flloors below the reception /3.,4,5./. We stayed in this hotel... More

Awful place. First of all, room was very dirty (not vacuumed and had a lot of hair on the beds) , it had no air-conditions ( 4 star hotel!),but had 2 fans which were covered with a thick layer of dust. Very noisy and hot! Breakfast was very poor, stuff is untidy and unfriendly. What also surprised me, in "4-star hotel"... More

The hotel is on different floors of what appears to be an office building. The entrance is shabby so first impressions are not good. If you enjoy dark 1970s decor, then this is the hotel for you! Room (205) is at the rear of the building and was very quiet. My friend's room gave directly onto the main staircase for... More

I am a regular guest at this hotel that I always liked very much. It is well located, it has very nicely designed, spatious rooms, roomy bathrooms, it is generally well kept and clean, free internet, and typically nice service. The breakfast room is a gem - especially on nicer days when you can sit outside on the roof -... More

We just came back from our stay in Vienna. We've chosen this hotel on a recommendation. We were told it's a nice hotel with good location and amazing breakfast. We were never so unpleasantly surprised with breakfast in a hotel before. There was minimum of choices and quantity of food... Breakfast consists of the following: buns (only white bread, no... More

This is a small, fun hotel with rooms similar to what you might see in a trendy beach community like Miami or Santa Monica. Although it is not located in the heart of the historic center, it is only 10 minutes away - a 5 minute walk to the Neubagasse metro stop and a 5 minute ride on the U3... More

Good hotel with nice room and good breakfast. Close to busses and subway. Quickly and conveniently to reach any sight. In several minutes of walking the street with shops. I had very nice view from balcony and enjoyed watching city life. I think this accommodation is very comfortable for family the price adequate.

We booked Bella Vienna Apartment which is located in Hoher Markt. (District 1010). As we read from other reviews that we need to collect the key to the apartment from the main hotel Bella Vienna CITY HOTEL, we then wrote to the hotel emailed them to have our keys delivered to us at the apartment as booked. Unfortunately. we were... More

We only checked for one night but it was a good choice! The room was really nice, warm and clean, staff was polite. We will choose it again in the future, is very close to Mariahilfer Strabe. Another important detail is that you can park the car in their garage, so you dont have to look for parking lots.
