Great place to stay, close to city. #17 tram passes front door. Right next & overlooking the Belvedere Gardens, beautiful. Staff very friendly and obliging, all spoke very good english. The breakfast was great , more than enough to choose from. Rooms were terrific, large , clean and airy. more
