We arrived for our two night stay around midnight on a Friday to find dirty linens with hairs all over them and were "greeted" by unprofessional, not to mention quite unfriendly staff. After much complaining, we had the linens changed however the bottom sheet was really only a slipcover for the mattress and after much discussion we were never given... More
