This hotel is located near to metro station Hessengasse, a few minutes walk to Hofburg Palace and St Stephen Cathedral, and also just outside the shopping street with luxury boutique brands and watches. This location is superb as it's neither crowded nor too quiet. There is a famous cafe, Cafe Central, located just next to it. In the opposite direction... More

Great service in an ideal location.. Just steps from the metro. We found it super easy to take the train from the airport to city center and just a short metro ride to the hotel.. Most major sites are within walking distance... Hotel was very clean, modern rooms and a decent breakfast with table service and cook to order eggs..... More

We arrived on Saturday 4th and left 8th-on arrival we had issues re our room and we were not given our correct room however next day we were upgraded and ended up with a suite. Excellently handled by Stefan at reception and the staff were amazing the whole stay. Breakfast excellent and you could not be closer to the sites... More

I was a quest of this hotel on Easter together with my family and an other family. Room is good in size, and it has a good bed. Room was clean and in quiet location, so got what payed for. Breakfast has good variety of everything I wish to have for breakfast. Coffee was given after order and I have... More

Stayed here for a weekend and couldn't have asked for a better location from which to explore the city. Most of the major sites are easily accessible by foot, and there are a number of restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel is also near a Ubahn station, which makes getting the CAT to and from the airport very easy. The... More

If you need a hotel in the center of Vienna, the best location for it is hard to imagine. All sights are within walking distance. Especially Vienna has to pedestrian walks. Despite the proximity to the tourist areas of the hotel is quiet and comfortable. If you love sweets, the Cafe Central next door. Very helpful and friendly staff, perfect... More

Lovely boutique hotel, perfect for a family weekend. Central location, stylish suite in Scandi-chic style, groovy bar, wonderful breakfast. The suite was big enough to accommodate a family with two children (with a very comfy double bed for the adults and, more unusually, proper beds for the children). We walked taking in the beautiful architecture, went to the opera, had... More

Great location with an odd check in procedure where you sit at a desk as you would for an all inclusive resort. Good location, convenient in the heart of the old city. Nice bar, nice room, good for the quick stay that we had. Pity we couldn't stay longer.

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
