Stayed there from August 12th to the 15th. Excellent hotel and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff (Aliya) was very warm, friendly and welcoming. Was hot as hell in August and Aliya promptly brought us a fan in our room. My Wife has special dietary needs and Aliya was quick on her research to recommend some restaurants for us that were... This hotel is simple but perfect. Their rooms have lots of space and beds are comfy. WIFI was really good. Hotel location is perfect! Lots of grocery stores, restaurants and bars plus all the city highlights are really close proximity. I will definitely stay here again.

-very friendly staff -terrible Wifi -very tight but clean bathroom -sleep quality average as we requested a double bed but we got two single ones attached together with a big gap in between which was not comfortable. otherwise no problem.

My only concerns are a weak and not steady Wi-Fi in the rooms and a narrow bathroom. This one should be enlarged 10 cm at least to room a bigger washbasin so it will be a great bathroom! The breakfast is "basic", but OK, it is what I expected.

This is not an expensive hotel - but it does provide all you need for a trip to Vienna. After eating a varied breakfast ( something for everyone and I tried everything!) it is an easy walk into district 1 for the main sights. It was also very close to the Market which sold all sorts of local delicacies and... More

My 13 year old daughter and I travelled to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. This was the best of all three places. The only hotel of the three places that had wifi. It was in and out but still best customer service in the ten days of my trip. Front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice... More

I've visite Vienna for business purposes and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. For this reason, to have Internet is decisive to do my work. Although the Hotel announce Internet, the service is terrible.... its almost impossible to start the connection, and when you can, it shuts down in a couple of minutes. Since this was a requirement for... More

Comfort is changing, and internet is a current commodity which is a need. We were given a username and password, but the problem was with the bandwidth. Getting a connection was hardly possible, it was not consistent and slow. Everything was clean, no luxury at all. Breakfast is good.

Stayed here for 4 days in September this year and found the hotel extremely welcoming, reception staff very helpful, especially Yvonne, who gave us super directions to places we wanted to go to and using local transport. Room was average, only 3 star, bed very comfortable, lots of storage and tables and shelves. Room was very hot and traffic noise... More

If you are looking for a bed to spend a night or two in Vienna, this could be the place for you. The room was small, the furniture was simple, but the most important - it was clean. The staff was nice and friendly, the breakfast was good. The location of hotel is within walking distance from old centre. All... More

Staying in Wieden

Neighborhood Profile
Wieden
The fourth district combines elegant tradition with contemporary style and relaxed living. More than a dozen town palaces and churches such as St. Charles Borromeo have added glamour to a neighborhood known for its traditional retail and crafts shops, taverns, cafés. Wieden is also home to Naschmarkt, Vienna’s largest street market. Many bohemian types have found their way to Wieden: meet them in trendy cafés and bars, shop alongside them for vintage items, enjoy Wien Museum’s and Kunsthalle’s modern temporary exhibitions, and hang out with the bees at Vienna’s most beautiful urban garden, Karlsgarten.
