like many hotels in Vienna, it is difficult to enter. However the rooms are comfortable and generously sized, including a well appointed bathroom. It is quite close to the Westbahnhof and on a popular tram route, so it is a most convenient and economical hotel for site seeing and a short stay in Vienna. Our whole family enjoyed the breakfast,... More

Best value hotel. Central, cozy and for a very good price! If you want to be 10 min distance (metro) do the heart of Vienna for a nice price this is the place to stay. Comfortable room quiet and very efficient receptionists!

- Horrible and unpolite attitude from the staff (esspecially from receptionists and their manager); Due to the incident when receptionist with other guests came into my room at 5.00 am and woke me up, and without explanation they asked me to move my stuff to other room. So I didn’t receive any help from them. - Due to the room... More

We found it at booking.com, with good prices. The surroundings of the hotel are a bit different of what you expect from Vienna - not so well lit at night, even though it is safe, as there are a few restaurants nearby, but so few people passing by. The building is old - there is only one old small elevator,... More

The room was spotless. However, when people say basic they mean it. Limited outlets and none in bathroom. 2 chairs in the room one of which was broken. Even though it is a little farther from the action, Tram 49 stops right on the corner and gets you right to the museum quarter where you can connect to other trams... More

Exceptionally clean everywhere, bathroom very nice. reasonable price and decent breakfast buffet. The front desk staff was very unhelpful re: area information and public transportation. There is a tram that runs right by the hotel and one a half block away. No one knew where they went. My friend and I rode the one on the corner (#49) and found... More

Very basic room - tired and chipped furniture, small tv on side of room (had to twist neck to view). Our room was next to 50 year old lift that whirred and strained every morning and night. Terrible wifi. On the day we checked in, no information offered on nearby conveniences and no mention of the public holiday the next... More

Great value for money. It was the best place we stayed at on our Europe trip and one of the cheapest. Clean, functional, friendly staff, comfortable. I would recommend it. Only the wifi was weak or non-existent on some floors.

The room we've got at first was not cleaned after previous guests. Then it was replaced after request, but how it couldn't been cleaned up when we came at 23:00, much later after the checkout? Furniture is old, no WiFi, tiny TV, terrible smell of old tobacco smoke. Overall impression that the hotel was never renovated after opening and stucked... More

This hotel was a gem . We thought it was really well priced and the room was huge . The staff were helpful . Unfortunately the poor internet in the room was the only downside . We did get internet in the foyer with many other people . They had an excellent breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price .... More
