What a great place to explore Vienna. Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms and high standard of service from all of the staff. Loved our stay, fitness centre and the gym were great, nice steel pool and good sauna and steam room. Breakfast is delicious with great eggs benadict and french toast and an extensive buffet. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Jean-Paul made sure they took proper attention of my needs. Room and hotel personal were just perfect. The roof top bar is a must visit place to have a cocktail. Definitely world class service

Beautiful rooms, but house keeping was extremely low grade. A service trolley kept in the hallway all day? Personnel cleaning the lobby bar at 1100? Room service delivered by inexperienced staff? On a positive note, the bar staff were BRILLIANT and the rooftop bar was superb.

This is a fantastic hotel located right on the Ring Strasse near many of the museums, opera house, etc. There is a spacious lobby with an adjacent lounge that is used for the breakfast buffet (or you can order off the menu) that is wonderful. The staff is universally friendly and go out of their way to make you feel... More

Service is first rate across the board. Their excellent service and attention to detail made a business trip as memorable as a family vacation. They handled both the big things and the little things. I'd love to have the opportunity to bring my family here one day. The location, on the perimeter of the circle and close to Stadtpark, is... More

Stayed here for a long weekend. Ideally located within walking distance of the town center, yet very quiet despite the busy street. Service was impeccable, very friendly. Rooms are spacious with the most comfy beds. One small downside: the heated floor in the ( very well equipped) bathroom was, frankly, almost uncomfortably warm - but if we'd bothered to check... Oh my....where do i start?! I love you Ritz Carlton. Philip, Julien, Patrick. You guys are amazing. Customer service was awesome, room size amazing for this world traveler, beds were super comfortable, bathroom was totally chic. Breakfast was a spread, everything tasted fantastic. I just really enjoyed my stay and was really sad to go. Next time I'm in Vienna,... More

My family and I stayed at the Ritz in Vienna recently and were thoroughly impressed with the service and hospitality we encountered. I would strongly suggest to stay in the Club lounge. The food is very good, the service great and you can coordinate everything from the lounge for your daily routine. Marta and Lisa were outstanding and the new... More

The Vienna Ritz Carlton is definitely the non-plus-ultra among the hotels of Vienna. Maybe there are some 5 star hotels that are bigger (the nearby Marriot) or have a more impressive façade or interior (like the neigbouring Imperial), but I am positive that none other can boast of such high standards in service. During my whole stay (5 days) I... More

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna and was pleasantly surprised as I normally do not choose to stay in a "chain" hotel. We chose to stay in their so called club rooms which were generously sized and had fantastic bathrooms all fitted out in marble which is nice too see these days The service was... More

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
