This hostel is the perfect one to stay at if you are a tourist and want to see the main sights. The standard is quite good considering the price. The rooms are rather small, but they do well for a few nights.

That's great place to stay for reasonable money in the city centre! The manager is very nice and helpful. We got two 4-persosn room to avoid waiting for the one we've booked for 8 persons for the same money ;) He also gave us a map and gave a piece of advice how to deal the city. The hostel is... More

Good parts - Location, clean sheets, price Avg parts - service was poor, part of the hostel is located on the other side so you reach hostel and the you again take your bags to some other part, they have hard time on closing time in case you have to collect something from the reception.

This hostel is pretty nice particularly because of its location. It is 10 to 15 minutes walking from the main monuments and buildings in Vienna. The room we had was large and clean. The staff at the reception wasn't the best but I think they were having a bad time the day we arrived. For the check out they also... More

Probably not my worst hostel experience, but it certainly didn't leave too many good impressions. The hostel is around 10 minutes walk from the train station. Upon arriving we were told our dorm is located on the other side of the block, away from the reception area. When we entered, there were beds located on either side of the doors... More

The biggest plus of this Hostel is location. Well actually, the only plus. It's placed just 5 mins away from Museum Quartier. The reception is at Lindergasse 4 but the actual dorms/rooms are in 4 apartments surrounding it. Upon arrival we had to wait outside (there are two breaks 12-13 and 17-18 so at these times the reception is closed).... More

The receptionist deliberately misled us, and only after we had paid and dragged our luggage up 3 flights of stairs did it become clear that he had put us in a dorm, despite charging us for a double room. When we attempted to sort out what we expected to be an honest mistake he became extremely aggressive, accused us of... More

At first the hostel was fine we checked in early and took our stuff to the rooms. First glance was a bit dirty but it was in a very old buikding so may have been why. We went out to explore Vienna and came back around 8pm to make our beds and go to sleep. We opened our sheet packs... More

We arrived at about half 10 at night, just me and a friend, and were told that not only were we in separate rooms but also in separate buildings down the street from each other. We were only staying one night so they were putting other groups together who were there for longer. Which is fair enough. But be aware... More
