To begin with a negative the only thing is there isn't a great selection of restaurants near by so you would have to take the metro if you wanted something else. The hotel itself was very good though. The room was great with a nice sitting room/bedroom and kitchen! If you wanted to save money it would be very easy... More

Stayed at this Hotel for New Year's in an apartment on the top floor. As a plus, I'd mention the good location and spacious room with two bedrooms and a living room. Was pleasantly surprised that the apartment had two bathrooms, both seemed clean, nothing to fault there. It can be a good choice for a family with kids for... More

I went for 3 days to see the famous christmas feeling in Wien. The room was really good, breakfast also perfect, subway and tram 2 min, parking in the hotel was also good but only if you arrive in time, only 3 parking spaces (also I think it was too expensive). When I checked out the receptionist lady was really... More

When I first arrived, the basin soap dispenser was empty, the towel was in the shower and the floor mat was hanging on the towel rail. Perhaps the cleaner just had an off-day when she last did my room. When I told reception that the soap dispenser was empty and then went out for no more than 15-20 minutes, the... More

if you are looking for a good hotel, not fancy and great stuff in Vienna, probably this is the place you need to go to. Staid with my family for 2 nights in the big suite of 2 bedrooms. the hotel is located in a short walk from the city center with all the attractions, public transportation is available in... More

Very helpful staff, friendly and super organised. The area is quiet yet only 3mins walk to nearest tube stop or trams are basically outside the door. Or just walk to town which is 10-15mins. Rooms were great for the price

We picked up this hotel randomly, based on trip advisor reviews and weren't surprised. We wanted a hotel close to the city at an average price and this was what we got. The room was small but clean and tidy, bathroom was very small, air con worked fine. Very good location for people who want to explore the city. Service... More

The Oper 900m is a small hotel. Room sizes are not large by any standard. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was ok. The positives are : clean, low noise, next to tram stop, 20 minutes walk to the Opera zone (main area in Vienna) and definitely the very supportive lady at the reception. One may choose... More

Nice and clean hotel. A room was clean. There are safe and air conditioner in rooms, small kitchen with kitchenware. There is a free WiFi in rooms. A furniture is bit old. There are 2-3 tram stops from the hotel to Opera, depends on a station that you take (trams 1, 62 and Baden). Around 5 minutes from the metro... More

Staying in Wieden

Neighborhood Profile
Wieden
The fourth district combines elegant tradition with contemporary style and relaxed living. More than a dozen town palaces and churches such as St. Charles Borromeo have added glamour to a neighborhood known for its traditional retail and crafts shops, taverns, cafés. Wieden is also home to Naschmarkt, Vienna’s largest street market. Many bohemian types have found their way to Wieden: meet them in trendy cafés and bars, shop alongside them for vintage items, enjoy Wien Museum’s and Kunsthalle’s modern temporary exhibitions, and hang out with the bees at Vienna’s most beautiful urban garden, Karlsgarten.
