The hotel is very clean, rooms are large, but there is not a wardrobe, sink is in a room, and in a way a shower too. Only wc is separated with a proper door. If you have any choice, stay as far away from this hotel as humanly possible. It may be cheap, but it is far away from the city centre, rooms have no separate bathrooms (not all people travelling together are couples) and each room has only one power socket - how are you supposed to charge your camera, tablet, notebook, etc...
