Stayed there for a short week in March this year. Ver friendly staff, good location next to the food market. Affordable priced for the location. Yes, the hotel is a bit classically designed, nothing fancy but it fits very well int he classism of the rest of Vienna.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Elishka and Andreas at the reception were very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.Staff serving breakfast were also exceptionally efficient. Thank you, ladies! Location was convenient, walking distance to museums and Concert Hall, subway is only minutes away. If you are travelling by car, they also offer parking at discounted... More

Title says it all, rooms are basic but clean and functional. The breakfast is basic but hearty and ok. Service from the personnel was very good, both at breakfast and by the concierge. Location is very good, approx. 10 minutes walk from the Opera.

The location near to the Ring, the musea and the centre is good. Prices are moderate. Staff is OK and efficient. But the hotel offers no joy, no sense of occasion. Building is sombre, needs painting and refurbishing, rooms are big but drab, furniture is past its sell-by date. Breakfast is ordinary. Hotel has no garden or terrace, nor a... More

The hotel is centrally located, just in front of the nachmark and full of cute bars and restaurant. It is simple but the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is good and varied. I fully recommend it for a city trip

Spent just one night here between Prague and Venice. Great location in the centre of Vienna. Although hotel rooms small and dated the place was spotless with an excellent buffet breakfast. Staff griendly and exceptionally helpful. Don't think you can find a hotel better located.

We had booked a quadruple room however this was changed to 2 double rooms we were unsure if this was a good or bad thing. As such it is difficult to rate our rooms as is wasn't what we had booked and paid for. One of the double rooms was significantly smaller than the other, with the bed being close... More

Strategically located on the Naschmarkt and at five minutes walk from Karlsplatz, the hotel has still an aged looking but this doesn't affect the comfort. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful, and the stay was absolutely ok. It is a very good trade-off between price and comfort, worth stayng a weekend to go around in Vienna. The only little... More

Hotels in Vienna are not cheap, but location is excellent for being able to walk to all the main tourist sights, with the added plus of having the Naschmarkt on the doorstep and Karlsplatz underground station a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient and breakfast was much more than I had expected, with a good... More

This is a good priced hotel quite near to Naschmarkt, with fine fish restaurants, and also near the great music buildings: Musikverein, Oper, Theater am Wien et cetera. Museumsviertel is also close. Recommended for tourists and congress visitors.
