I stayed at this hotel only for one night, thankfully. The furniture is very old and the hotel itself hasn't been renovated for at least 20 years. Everything is ancient, including the bathrooms, carpets, TV, bedsheets, literally everything. Some rooms are smelly and the hygiene is questionable. Wi-fi is available only in the lobby. My room was very cold and... More

We found this hotel through Hotwire for a last-minute deal and got an amazing bargain ($50). The hotel is in the shopping district of Mariahilf, which is a short 10-minute metro ride (U3 line) to the city center going east, or a 10-minute tram ride (Tram 58) to Schonbrunn Palace going west. It's located near a metro station (Westbahnhof) on... More

I really liked this hotel. It was inexpensive with great and I mean great service. The people at the reception were all super nice and really helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would say it is not super romantic. If you are planning a romantic weekend or so you should maybe pick a different and more expensive place. But I... More

Good location for a Westbahnhof train ride or metro station (only 10 min walking time). Quiet neighbouring. Not a 4 stars, more like a 3 stars hotel (it's my second stay in that hotel). Bad wifi (no wifi in the rooms but only in the lobby). No breakfast. Rooms are clean but have no fridge. Value for price payed !... More

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in 2012 on a girly weekend. Got a great deal for a room each. Lovely big rooms with high ceilings and comfy beds. The key cards are very awkward to use, so I hope they have sorted that since we were there. It's a basic service hotel, but we enjoyed a... More

Just before midnight on my first night I was awoken by the sound of someone trying to enter my room and the two males would have succeeded had I not locked the door from the inside. I assumed they had the wrong room but was horrified to discover that they had been issued with a key for my room. If... More

I booked this hotel and made in advance a full payment. On the arrival day they phoned me to say that they were overbooked and I had to go to another hotel on the opposite side of Vienna. When I objected, they shrugged their shoulders. How come you make a full payment in advance only to find out that hotel... More

This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 stars! No internet in the rooms and only in the lobby? It's actually the first time I encounter this situation! My room was extremely small; the bed wasn't comfortable and the decoration was definitely lacking To avoid
