Stayed here for four nights. We received a warm welcome from all the receptionists, they all spoke excellent english. The room was basic but spotlessly clean,. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows was a bit flat! Our room was at the front of the hotel. It was a bit noisy at times due to cars and children playing,... More

Pretty nice hostel, clean room and friendly atmosphere. Staff super friendly, provided me with two city maps (one smaller but clearer and one bigger containing the whole city area) and explained how to get to the most important places. The position is very good, 5 minutes walk from the West Hauptbanhof and tram stops. I walked everywhere though, it took... More

We had a lovely room which was very clean. The facilities were fantastic, lots of showers and toilets. Also the kitchen was great and there was a garden you could eat out in. The staff were great and very helpful. Overall, a lovely experience.

I left a different hostel down the street due to lack of cleanliness, and I found this place around 11:30pm on a Saturday night. They were awesome - so nice and really helpful. They found me a room for my two nights in Vienna (one of the last beds!), and it was spotless! I stayed in the annex just across... More

I spent two nice with a friend in a double room in this hostel. It's a really nice place, very clean, with many rooms, kitchen, bar, bikes for rents, lockers. the room however tiny was clean and comfortable. You don't need anything more. There's anice garden with grill where you can enjoy your food or drink if the weather is... More

This is one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed in! The overall atmosphere is great, it's really clean everywhere and the hostel itself definitely has a personal touch to it despite it's considerable size. Book in advance, since they're pretty packed even during the week.

Really good hostel! Lots of info on the town, clean rooms, nice facilities, good wifi. Good area to mingle in and easy to meet people to chat or eat or hang out. It is a tube ride to the centre and a bit further if you want to go to river but the palace is close by. Lots of food... More

Good location, walking distance to the centre of Vienna, the Opera house and so on. Every member of staff was absolutely lovely and so willing to help. Their English was perfect and they were able to direct us to the best things to do to enjoy our experience in Vienna. There are a number of breakfast cafes nearby and plenty... More

Such a fantastic hostel. Incredibly friendly staff, great facilities, comfortable, very economical, and most of all, great vibe. The hostel comes alive with music and seems to attract fun and interesting travellers to get to know. Conveniently located near the Westbanhof station and close to the main street. Will definitely be staying here again. One of the best I've stayed... More

Excellent hostel, situated near Vienna's Westbahnhof station. We received a really warm welcome from the hostel staff when we arrived and really enjoyed the 'little touches', such as the pre-printed directions to popular places, alpine water, musical instrucments etc, that makes it seem as if you're staying at a friend's house rather than a clincal, boring hotel. Would gladly recommend... More
