This place is in the Center of vienna in walking distance to Stephans Platz, Figlmüller, Hard Rock Cafe and many more places. The room was tiny and so was the bed. The curtains didn't Close properly therefore I had the street light shining into the room all night. Breakfast was pretty basic but enough for everybody.

It was myself, my husband, and my father traveling together. We stayed 4 nights and they were very friendly. The first morning at breakfast, my husband asked what kind of meats the deli meats were (he doesnt eat pork) and the woman wasnt sure so we ate other items and were full and happy. The next day at breakfast, a... More

I was in Vienna in summer and choosing this hotel was a bad idea. The room was way too hot, there was no air conditioning, and the street was too noisy at night to sleep with the windows open, so I did not sleep at all during four days. The bed was two single beds together, instead of a double... More

As I was traveling overnight by bus from Bologna Italy to Vienna, I had made a special request in advance to checkin early. The hotel confirmed by email that they can accommodate my request and my room will be available.. Upon arrival the request was not honored. I showed the confirmation email but they said it really was a request... More

I stayed at Hotel Bajazzo for 2 nights in September 2013. I found the hotel to have quite dated decor (think brown velvet curtains) but both the room and hotel in general were very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was served in a small separate breakfast room. Again, the room was... More

Had one night in Vienna and Hotel Bajazzo seemed to tick all the boxes for what I was looking for in a hotel. Austria were playing Republic of Ireland at football, so find a hotel was bit of a challenge, and from doing my research (having never visited Vienna before and no idea on the lay out of the city)... As part of my work, I frequently travel to Vienna, and when I'm there, the Hotel Bajazzo is usually my place to be. It is a decent hotel in a great location in Vienna's first district, not far from the very center of the city. I find the rooms sometimes lacking in cleanliness, but besides that, I'm usually quite satisfied... More

The hotel is located very conveniently for survey of Vienna. To the bus to go to the airport 10 minutes, to the subway of 3 minutes, to city centre - 10-15 minutes. The quiet district, nearby is two supermarkets and some cafes and restaurants. Simple, clean rooms. I couldn't be connected to Wi-Fi, it was the only trouble in hotel.

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
