Supposedly this is a business hotel, but I dont know what business trsveler would stay in a hotel with no a/c. There was a fan in my room but I was forced to keep the window open all night to stay cool. It wasnt noisy, the hotel is in as quiet area, but Vienna can get hot... and no a/c... more
