So as other reviewers have commented on, the best thing about this hotel is its location; less than a 5-minute walk to Morzinplatz where you can catch the airport bus and even less to Schwedenplatz, a well-connected metro station. It is no-frills but for €53 for a single room in central Vienna (including breakfast), I can't really complain.....much. The room... More

Stayed 1 night before departure via Vienna airport. The location is superb, 5 mins walk to Stephandom and main shopping area. Nearest underground is less than 5 mins walk and 1 stop away from Airport Train (CAT). You can also walk which is about 10 mins away. Hotel breakfast is average. Room is ample size but the bathroom is quite... More

I went for a one day conference near Shönbrunn (south west Vienna) and then a show at the Stadthalle (West Vienna)(Eurovision Song Contest dress rehearsal) in the evening. Since I wanted to get to the aiport (North East) early I wanted a good hotel locationwise. Have not been to Viewnna before so I didn't trust my judgement in terms of... More

This was our first visit to Vienna so we wanted somewhere quite central. It was within a few minutes walk of the main tourist areas and public transport links but on a nice quiet street. Staff were very friendly and helpful, offering advice for shopping, dining out, etc.

I was there for more than one week. I liked the hotel because it's very quiet (at least on the 6th floor, where we were) and it's one minute away from the metro station Schwedenplatz. Besides there were some restaurants and supermarkets around. The room was quite big and everything was clean, but one thing which was very annoying was... More

A nice hotel with a very good location. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, but not at all noisy from the street. Close to restaurants and subway. Charming old building with good room size. The bathroom in my room seemed brand new. Nice breakfast with nice staff at generous hours. The reception had staff all day and night.... More

Hotel post is clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom is spotless. Breakfast is ok. Best advantage is location. Short walk from CAT terminal. 3 stops from conference centre and a very easy walk to all major attractions. Numerous good restaurants on the block. Fantastic value for money.

We stayed here for three nights the room was quite large and bathroom very big. Room was very clean if a little dated. The location was ideal most of the sights within walking distance. The staff were friendly and pleasant , the only fault was at breakfast the staff were very slow at filling up the eggs and bacon and... More

I reserved this 75 EU/night (incl. breakfast) hotel room through "Booking". The lobby is decent (almost boutique like) and I though that this was THE bargain ! When I arrived at the 6th fl, I noticed that its corridors reminded me of "provincial" Hospital of South Mediterranean of the 50s. My room was decent and clean according to the Central... More

Spent only one night; standard room was very large and perfectly clean. Staff was very friendly, and recommendations for restaurant and city walk were spot-on. Three-star quality of the facilities, with bonuses for cleanliness and service.
