I spent 10 days in this hotel while in Vienna for work purposes. It was really affordable and perfect distance from work, also from city center if you want to visit the many attractions found in Vienna. I had an apartment near the hotel even though I paid for a single room. The apartment was spacious, clean and everything that... More

The hotel itself is more than afequate, clean and roomy, warm, European style buffet breakfast (15 Euros for RCI members) but the best feature is it's proximity to major attractions either walking or taking underground. Located in the historic Servitenviertel district, there is access to great restaurants, shops, museums and a short walk to U2 for a connection to Prater... More

We stayed one week at this hotel. Good size room. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff is helpful. Very close to the U line and only about a 20 minute walk to sites. The room wasn't cleaned the entire week we were there. The bathroom and the floors got a bit dirty. We had to ask for clean towels. However when... More

We stayed here for one week. We found the staff to be helpful, the rooms are clean, big enough ( I had read that some rooms in vienna are small) and really quite cute. The bed was comfortable and it was not noisy to sleep. The breakfast was really good, it had a lot of variety although some of the... More

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful but it is advertised as 4 star and would have to say it is a pleasant 3 star. The breakfast was relatively basic and not varied enough if staying more than a few days. The room is pretty basic and the glass door to the bathroom is a little disconcerting and takes... More

We had a standard room which was spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location is quiet but very close to lots of small, local bars and cafes serving traditional Viennese food and the area has a very safe and friendly feel to it - a definite bonus as the hotel doesn't serve food apart from breakfast. It is only... More

We originally booked a standard hotel room (through RCI) but upgraded to an apartment when we found at check-in that one was available. The room was spacious, though the furniture a little spartan. The full kitchen was small but well appointed with everything needed for a 1 week stay. The bed was a little too firm for our liking, but... More

The hotel is placed in a central green area, close to an area full of restaurants and pubs. It is very close to the U4-Rosauer Lende metro station but fairly close to U2, tram and bus stations. We traveled by plane, but if you travel by car you should know that there are about 6 parking places in the inner... More

On my 5th visit to Vienna, and the first for my children, we very much enjoyed our stay here. The location, near the Freud Museum and Liechstenstein Palace, is convenient to everything in the center of Vienna (we walked everywhere), to public transport, and green spaces for rest and refreshment. There are excellent cafes and food options, including two small,... More

Pros: located away from the main city (Westbanhauff) next to river side, great place to spend evening time. Staff is very friendly. Easy to commute since located close to green line station. Good connectivity to airport via green line. Good quality breakfast. Cons: only breakfast is served no lunch or dinner. Overall: good option for a budget hotel.
