Hotel is located in a charming neighborhood, you can walk to Rathaus, museums, several restaurants. We got one of the apartments because we wanted a kitchenette (we were traveling with our 9 month old). The apartments are old and a bit dingy, but the bathroom was modern and swanky. The breakfast every morning was delicious with a wide variety of... More

I was booked into the hotel on business and from the moment of arriving the wifi was not working. Throughout my 5 days there I managed 1 night of wifi use. This is unacceptable for a hotel frequently used for business. At one point someone was shouting in the lobby 'I don't care what I have to pay I need... More

The wifi is not only nonfunctional in rooms but, most outrageously, even in the desktop provided in the lobby. If wifi is important for you, DO NOT come here. There is an older block and a newer block which they call privilege rooms. Initially I was assigned to the older block, room 523, an old dark room with a single... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in october - business trip. I had payed for a superior room which was a good idea to have more space in the room. These rooms are also situated at the backside of the hotel however I guess that even the front rooms are quiet). The room was nice and clean and the staff... More

Dear guest, thank you very much for your feedback. It was great to read that you liked your stay. You are right - even our rooms facing the street are very quiet as it is a small one way street where the cars my drive max. 10 km/h. Thank you as well for the comments about the breakfast room. We... More

Nice hotel perfectly located. It's composed by 2 buildings quite different (the classic part often pictured and a modern one). The rooms on the top floor (I was in 609) are spacious, extremely quiet and well equipped. Internet is free but often you need to reload it. Breakfast is abundant. The check out is a bit slow (but because there... More

This place was right near the city centre, so we were able to walk to most of the sites which was wonderful. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The wifi was ok, but spotty, but you know what, the price was so good I would say this place was a great value. You get a... More

We had a room at the first floor ( huge mistake) in the morning at 6oclock in the room felt like we were in the kitchen downstairs, a lot of noise and the smell was awful. We couldn't sleep from 6 in the morning. The breakfast was a bad joke for 16€ and the internet connection didn't exist. I choose... More

Ideal location-closeby some of the main attractions in Vienna but not in the typical tourist area. Nice to discover a real Vienese neighbourhood.. Closeby MuseumQ and Hoffburg area. Really good value for money!

The hotel is very well located, close to the City Hall and close to the subway station. The rooms were very pleasant and large enough. Some of them even had a balcony. In our last day there, we were invited to a private party with beer and typical food! We had a blast!!!! We will never forget that party!!! Thanks... More
