We have stayed only for a weekend at the hotel. Very good condition.It has a great location, near to the train station. I would prefer to have free wifi in rooms. You have also free tickets for every transportation.

Everything about the hotel is good. Stayed for 3 nights at a very good price. Location is absolutely great next to West Bahnhof. Excellent transport connections with a free local transportation ticket from the hotel thrown in. Surrounded by great shopping and eating options. The only grudge is that internet is very expensive at 4 Euros an hour.

I stayed there for a week , and i really enjoyed it. The room was big and comfortable. Very nice bed. Everyday cleaned bathroom.fresh Towels every day.The staff was very helpful. the central metro station was 2 min away by foot. And 10 min by foot was viennas most important shooping street.

You don't go to Vienna to stay in your hotel room and watch TV! What you need is a comfortable bed, a good shower, a hearty breakfast and ease of access to all of the sights.
