I was staying in this hotel on November 2013 for 3 nights business trip. I chose this hotel because it near stephenplatz (shopping area) and also near to subway train (U Bahn). You can walk 10 minutes to Stephenplatz and 15 minutes to U Bahn. This hotel actually not too big, the lobby is small but nice and cozy. The... More

The location is great, short walk to almost anywhere. The reception staff seems to be on the phone all the time and the most you can expect from them is directions. We had a light bulb problem in the room and no one fixed it during our stay. The maid simply said there was no one to help with it?... More

If you are looking for a central location, ideal for concert halls, shops and the old town, then look no further. Be aware that the reception is on the ground floor, but the rooms are all on the top (5th?) floor, Strange layout too, right, left, round the corner, up a step, left again etc. But when you eventually get... I found this hotel online because me regular, The Marriott, was full. Has everything you need for a short stay in Vienna. Business or Leisure catered for. Tram stop immediately outside the front door. There is a quaint little bar/restaurant but as TGI's is next door i didn't spend much time here.

The hotel located almost at the Schwarzenberg square has an ideal location for those who want to visit Belvedere gardens, famous Vienna Opera, lively Kärtner street or Hofburg - you can reach everything on foot. And you are not far away from Prater or you can walk one minute to the nearest city park. What else you want? And you... More

I chose this hotel for a budget stay to explore Vienna over the weekend prior to a work trip. Couldn't fault it. Was a little apprehensive with some of the mixed reviews on here, but if you see it as what it is then it's perfectly fine. As expected from the pictures and reviews, there's no outside window, only a... More

It was just so convenient and comfortable. The room looked like I was in Dr. Freud's practice; it really created a "mood" for being in Vienna. Really! It was sparkly clean, although not new (the bathroom was new however), and it was absolutely charming. Didn't spring for the breakfast, which was a little steep. Absolutely couldn't beat the location (ON... More

The location of the hotel is excellent. If your goad is to easily reach what the center of Wien has to offer, this hotel is strategic while maintaining a reasonable price. Reasonable as compared to other facilities in the same area that is. The room we stayed in was acceptable, unfortunately it didn't have a regular window but just a... More

Nothing is really ok with this hotel except maybe the location. I paid way to much for a small room in which you could do nothing , not even watching tv since the TV set is located in such a place that there's no comfortable place to watch it from. Getting to the room with luggages is a hassle since... More

We picked this hotel because it was close enough to walk to most major sites within the city, also near the tram and subway, but not as expensive as some others. The room was very comfortable in size and situation, the bed also, and air conditioned. The older decor was charming and the staff very kind. I hope it is... More
