As other people said, the hotel entrance is 'hidden': if coming through the Mariahilferstrasse, you have to enter the small shopping gallery, walk to the end, pass 2 doors and climb steps - otherwise the real entrance of the hotel is in the Lindengassestrasse. We spent 3 nights at the NH Wien in September 2008. By arrival, we were given a suite which was absolutely spacious and nicely decorated in the 4th floor. I stayed in the Queen Suite and lived like one too. The room was like an appartment. Close to all the sights and on the the main shopping street too.
