Stayed here for 2 nights and loved this hotel. Airport bus stops a 3 minute walk from the hotel and the hotel is within walking distance to everything. Rooms are spacious with a bedroom and a separate lounging area. Bathroom is nice and big with a bath. Complimentary water boiler and teabags can be brought to the room if you... More

My girlfriend, sister and mom stayed here the 2 days we were in Vienna. Friendly English speaking staff. The hotel is a great location near city center, 5 minute walk to Swedenplatz metro, 10 minutes to St Stephens cathedral, lots of good street type food and shopping (both actual and souvenir) nearby. Rooms were suite style with bedroom, living room... More

Convenient location for meetings near the centre of Vienna. Great proximity to riverside locations for jogging / leisure and "centre" of Vienna if you have time for tourism. I stayed at the Starlight Suites for 3 nights while attending a conference. My room was well sized and reasonably equipped. There was a mini-bar (reasonable prices) and tea / coffee facilities.....but... More

Nondescript from outside but wonderful inside. There were some renovations going on but even that did not impinge on our stay. There was an airport bus that stopped a five minute walk from the hotel (even with baggage in-tow). The area is great for walking with many sights including that amazing Hoher Mrkt clock under fifteen minutes' walk. Alexandra at... More

We came to Vienna for 3 nights while "on break from" a Budapest vacation. The budapest hotel was great (Bohem Art Hotel) so we knew nothing can beat that. However, this hotel was good as well. Location is I guess good, near a LOT of bars and restaurants, but a few minutes walk from a U-Bahn station. Bed is not... More

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
