As one would expect from a chain hotel, the services were quite good, but you pay for the amenities. That is all I'll say about the cost, as I knew full well what I was getting. The location is quite good for sightseeing. I stayed in two different places while in Vienna, and they were both good for different reasons.... More

Their standard room is of high standard, but to find out how to turn the air conditioning off, you may need to call front desk, it is not easy. Check-in and check-out are very fast and service in general is good, not a 5 star though. The gym, opened 24 hours a day, is good and well equiped. Breakfast is... More

Apart from the concierge team the rest of the service in this hotel was well below par. In summary it was slow, sloppy and totally lacking warmth. Also watch out for what the painfully slow and expensive Internet service - almost useless in-room. Any upsides? Not really although the rooms are clean and very comfortable so slept well. More

Nice, large rooms. Excellent service during breakfast - staff went out of their way to provide a good experience. Otherwise the 'typical' large chain, commercial hotel. Next time would rather stay in a smaller, more personal place for a family vacation. More

Heavy doors, but the numerous staff watch impassively as you try to heave the door open while dragging in your luggage - so why stay here? Well, the location is good, and if you qualify for the "business floor" there is a very nice lounge that serves breakfast, a light lunch and dinner, and drinks and snacks in between while... More

Stayed here as part of a conference and found that the rooms were large and comfortable. Perfectly located for access to the large park, restaurants and centre shopping area. However the breakfast was very average and food was generally overpriced. So bottom line, I'd stay here again but wouldn't eat or drink here. More

I was debating this hotel verses Renaissance hotel and ended up choosing the Marriott hotel and stayed for two nights, but I must say if I would stay in Vienna again, I would probably choose the Renaissance hotel over the Marriott. Room: It is large by EU standard and ample space to move around so if you have a child... More

Stayed in Marriott hotels many times and wasn't disappointed here. Brilliant welcome when we arrived - friendly staff and stylish and welcoming reception area. When asked if we wanted to upgrade for 70 Euros a night we thought it would make our stay special so we agreed. Don't bother if you're asked as we were a bit disappointed as the... More

Great location, great service. The breakfast is good and rich, the indoor pool and the sauna are clean and opened almost the entire day. The hotel is five minutes walk from the train station connecting the center of the city with the airport. Only one problem - the internet acces is charged on a contract basis with 15 Euro per...
