Stayed here on a business trip and also a couple of extra days. The positives were the magnificent lobby and fabulous selection of food at breakfast. The staff were very helpful and courteous. This hotel has a great location in the first district, courteous and professional service, a fantastic gym with a pool and hot tub, and good stuff in the executive lounge. Not a Marriott chain fan and this is a typical Marriott. Great location, professional service, large rooms, old fashioned decoration and no character in communal spaces. A decent stay for business or brief sight seeing of Vienna's main attractions.

The Vienna Marriott has all you expect; no frills, but solid service and they get all the basic stuff done right. Nice and clean hotel, managed by friendly, helpfull and kind people. We usually don't write reviews but following is worth to mention. Our little daughter had a birthday.
