The staff were friendly and courteous. All of the staff spoke English. The rooms were clean, warm, and spacious. We could walk to the Belvedere Palace. The train station is directly behind the hotel. Which made it easy to hop on and get into town or anyother point of interest in Vienna. There were local restaurants near by. More
