My wife and I spent five nights at the Imperial Riding School Renaissance to explore Vienna for the first time. This hotel is withing 400 yards the Rennweg train station and a number of local tram stops. With an unlimited use pass (purchased in one, or multiple-day levels) most of this lovely city's public transportation is readily available. One day... More

Had the chance to stay at this hotel. Comfortable king size bed. Nice view from window, pretty close from the city center and good public transport network. Swimming pool, spa and restaurant fully recommended. Very kind personnel attention. More

The Imperial had mixed feelings from the point we set foot. The Hotel lobbys magnificent and the restaurants bars are fantastic and the Breakfast was definetely the BEST i had in Europe, huge spread with style .The Staff were extremely helpful and proactive. The only down side was the rooms were bland but were large and spacious.Ungargasse 60 is about a 10 min... We ended up in this hotel through bidding for it on e-bay. We got a very good deal, were pleasantly surprised at how well we did. We were in district 3, but getting into the centre district 1 was very easy, owing to the good public transport system in Vienna. The odd taxi was appx. 8 Euros to Stphansplatz. We... More

Beautiful room, friendly helpful front desk, and fantastic breakfast buffet. A few tram stops to the city centre. Don't pay for the expensive hotel Internet, Burger King is just up the street. Also loved the vegetarian restaurant across the street. More

Stayed here for four nights in one of the Executive Club rooms opposite the main building. The location is jsut outside teh main tourist area, but very well located for the Belvedere and next to a rail station which makes it well connected. Take the footbridge over the railway and you are in the heart of Vienna's embassy district. These... More

The hotel is located few steps far from Belvedere (5 minutes by walk), by troly you need 7 minutes to city center (3 trolly station). Excellent location belive me, because I visited Vienna more than 5 times and I really know what is good location. The hotel is devided in 2 buildings. We got the room which is in new,... More

I spent 4 nights at this hotel with my parents and my dog. We had a junior suite at the 5th floor: very large and clean room, perfect for 3 adults, with great breakfast included at the Imperial Club Lounge. The hotel is closed to the city center that can be reached with public transport in about 10 minutes: #71... More

I don't know where previous reviewers got the idea that this hotel was not conveniently located. Its really great. For around 4 euros you can take the S7 from the airport to Rennweg station. Exit the station and turn left; the hotel is about 300 meters down on the same side of the street. For going into the heart of... More

Stayed on business as they have conference facilities. I probably would pick a more central location if visiting as a tourist, though it is ideal to reach the lovely Belvedere gardens in minutes, recommended for an early morning stroll before the tourist hordes descend to see Klimts Kiss! 15 minutes walk to Karlsplatz. Rooms are comfy enough, though any iota... More
