I had not been to a Renaissance hotel for a number of years and was not sure what to expect overall relatively positive but could do with a refresh. The hotel is located near Renwig station which makes it an easy hop from the airport and also easy to get into town. The rooms (JNR suite) was big but had... More

Good hotel, nice beds and room, clean and organized. Staff friendly and courteous. Location ok. However, beware parking is very expensive 25 euro. Restaurant staff are nice but it is expensive and food average. It's another chain hotel, so it has no surprises, either negative or positive.

For our family visit to Vienna we reserved two Jr Suites and with Gold Status we were offered free breakfast. It was one of the best experiences during our Europe trip, very friendly staff, great facilities, active exercise area, the best breakfast buffet in town and very nice and spacious non-smoking rooms with comfortable king size beds.

This large, traditional and upmarket hotel is quite close to a station (rail, not metro) and about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The breakfast was truly amazing: fruit salad, Austrian bread rolls, pancakes, cold meats and salmon, salad, wonderful fresh muesli, all the usual cooked breakfast things….and much more. There is also a swimming pool to help exercise... More

The hotel functions really well in all aspects: Friendliness at reservation, check-in/check-out desk, sharp and friendly staff, cleanliness, bathroom shower perfect, food and beverages and service are just right! All what you can think of and just around the corner to the city. Highly recommended.

first being excited to stay in such a 'traditional' place, soon I found out the place is just average.. the outside and entry looks quite impressive, the rooms aren't rooms seems to be 20years of age, the bathroom even older as the room was only availabe at 3PM, I had to change in the small locker room of the spa.... The hotel name sounds strange but it's a different experience. Check-in was a breeze and staff were really friendly and helpful. Assisted me with my requests for a special room and were an absolute delight to deal with, the same for check-out. They were happy to have us and were lovely. Room was very clean, standard amenities and a very... More

Exactly what you would expect from a four star hotel. If your intention is to come on a short city break to explore beautiful Vienna then I would highly recommend this place. Admittedly it’s not very central, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Here is the list of Pro and Cons (hope it helps). Pros: Looks like the rooms... More

This was a clean, modern and very Americanized hotel (conference venue) with a nice lobby bar and large comfortable rooms. We usually don't stay in American-style hotels when travelling overseas, but we did this one on points and it was worth it. We are Marriott members and our points status allowed us entry to the concierge lounge across the laneway.... More

The best sleep i ever had.. Sush a high quality bed and coverlets.. I m not exaggerating..!!! After long walks in Cold Vienna it was pure heaven! Very good breakfast.. We appreciated the lobby where we had the last drinks before nightsleep.. We also tried the hotel's restaurant.. It has good variety of plates and logical prices!
