We arrived in Vienna early in the morning. After a quick cab ride from the airport to the hotel, we were ready to start off our Trip. Checking in to Renaissance was quick and easy. Unfortunately the room wasn't ready (as it was early in the morning), and so we were escorted to the lounge area, and waited there for... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Riding School Renaissance in Vienna. The hotel's location is easy to find if you are arriving by car or by train. There is a transit station about a city block away that allows you easy access to the tram cars to get you to the city center as well as trains... More

This hotel is amazing, all was renovated in the "imperial"style, so you feel there like 200 years ago sometimes, but all is combined with modern style. Great wellness centre inside, worth paying for the access to the business lounge, you have almost like All Inclusive Package then. Hotel is very near from all the main attractions + sightseeings in Vienna.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We opted for a club room, which included free wifi & mini bar, breakfast, and snacks all day. It is close enough to walk or take the train to the ring and all other historical locations in Vienna. The staff was very helpful and everyone spoke English. The room was large and... More

I normally avoid business hotels, but this time I had to partly attend a conference (theme: innovation, and this is ironic) and for once I too passively accepted to stay at the hotel hosting it. From the moment I arrived - quite late, 11pm - I faced a series of 'unfortunate' events that progressively made my experience sort of a... More

This is a typical 4 star business hotel - rooms as you would expect, clean, warm ,equipped, everything working, good food etc.. What was different was the assistance I received from the front desk which I believe was above what a hotel guest could normally expect. Negatives - well unless your booking is at a rate that includes wifi you... More

I spent 3 night in this hotel. The room was clean and in good size. Bed was comfortable. There is a coffee & tea kit the only missing in the room was the ironing as if you want to iron some clothes you need to go to the basement. Breakfast was good with multi options of bread & cheese. The... More

Easy access from Vienna airport on the S7 train that took just over 20 minutes (€2.20 per adult). Hotel is located right next door to Rennweg station and so this option is recommended and very convenient. Quick and easy check in and were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the beautiful Russian Orthodox church. We booked a standard room... More

The rooms were a nice size and very clean, but one of our rooms smelled like smokers had used it. Public transportation was very close. We stayed three nights and they must have put us on a family floor because there were children running up and down the long hallways until ten o'clock at night. This was annoying but not... More

Attended a conference here and the hotel certainly made all the delegates feel welcome. Friendly service, spacious rooms and good food made it a very satisfying experience all round. Only about 20 mins form the airport too so not a bad location either.
