Loved this hotel, it was right down at the Danube and although you couldn't see the river as it is below street level it was lovely and meant you had easy access to the boat rides and beaches along the river. It was very clean, the staff were more than friendly and the breakfast was great. They provide a tablet... More

My second stay at this hotel, this time for 5 days, June 22-27, 2015. The hotel is located 100 meters from the entrance of the metro, 200 jmeters from the express bus to the airport (8 euro) and 5 min walk from the Stephan Church - the center of the city. 200 meters from dayly boat trips and dinner cruises... Even though we arrived at midnight there was a warm welcome from reception. The bedroom and contemporary bathroom were spotless. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with an easy to operate shower unit. Face cloths were provided as well as the usual towels. The room safe was easy to use. Our room overlooked busy Schwedenplatz but the windows... More

This trendy, well designed hotel is situated on Schwedenplatz, where there is lots of traffic. But the windows on the hotel are very well insulated, and the aircondtioning is working well, so if you can manage to sleep with the windows closed it is really not a problem with the traffic noise. The interior of this hotel is trendy in... More

When we entered the hotel we were met by a smiling Claudia. Business like but so so helpful. We requested tea/coffee facilities and there were in our room 212 before we got there. She advised us HONESTLY on various trips we enquired about. As for the breakfast, the cold was a buffet with all the usual BUT your hot breakfast... More

I have stay here for 5 nights. Everything is wonderful for this small but comfortable hotel. The location is perfect. The decoration and atmosphere is very nice. The service is absolutely impressive. Also, breakfast is great. This should be my very first choice if I visit Vienna and look for a great small hotel.

Excellent situation for weekend trip. Rooms a bit hit and miss. I know this because on the 1st night of 4 business nights I was checked in (after confirmation of visit for 4 nights) to a small hot basic room with no active air con. Luckily after ages I was moved to a pleasant larger double room with working AC.... More

Dear Lovehomelovetravel, First of all we would like to say that we are sorry that you made a negative experience during your stay with us and regret that some factors let to inconsistencies. The main problem occurred was that the booking we received was showing three nights confirmed and not four. At check-in this was accordingly filled in the guest... More

hotel located in schwedenplatz which is bustling with bars, shops, restaurants etc. At Vienna airport, get bus out front of arrivals direct to schwedenplatz for a very cheap €8 each way(pay driver). Bus stops about 300 metres from hotel (hotel located just past metro). Checked in quickly(staff spoke English and were very obliging and friendly). Room pretty nice. Decent size. (Unfortunately... Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
