My wife and I have recently returned from a holiday in Vienna. We were fortunate enough to stay at this Hotel. It is in an ideal location, with ease of accessing the Underground, trams and buses and also within walking distance of the centre. We found the Hotel staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They would happily arrange things... More

When we first arrived the weather in Vienna was very muggy. So we were excited to see a lovely Hotel. However our first impression was a little disappointing. I say first impression! After that we spent five nights in this Hotel and we found everything great. We were given rooms with a beautiful view looking on to the Votive Church.... More

We have just returned from a 6 night stay and we loved the charm of this hotel that seems to be lost in the romantic era of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. We had a lovely view of the side of the Voltive church,LCD tv and a good sized bathroom ensuite. We took breakfast every morning... More

Old-style, yet comfortable hotel with some modern conveniences (A/C, free Wi-Fi) at reasonable cost. Welcoming staff. Hearty breakfast included -- best eaten on the cool outdoor patio in the summer with the gleaming Votivkirche looming above. Great location on the northern side of the ring road, with parkland on two sides -- much quieter than other more crowded and claustrophobic... More

We stayed six nights arranged by the University of Vienna. Our room was large with a nice view, high ceilings, and air conditioned. I don't know if our room was so nice because the University made the arrangements, but I did specifically request an air conditioned room. The service in the hotel was quite good. Food at breakfast was abundant... More

If you are expecting an American hotel experience go to the Marriott. Hotel Regina is a very nice hotel in the European mode: minimal fixtures, no queen or king size beds, hardwood floors in the room, excellent breakfast and quirky wifi. The other pictures here suggest great variability in rooms, but ours was very nice. Two twin bids pushed together... More

I was rather disappointed with this hotel considering the amazing choice of hotels you can find in Vienna; both classical and modern. The hotel has a great location but it is old, with a rather outdated furniture and strange smell in the corridors and rooms. It is an average hotel.

Very friendly staff spoke English very patiently. Loaned me 3 umbrellas even thought there were only 2 of us. Bed low to ground and shower (no bath). This is efficiency style, not a room you want to spend a lot of time in - and we didn't. There's so much to do in this city, you don't need to do... More

It is situated on Rooseveltplatz, just 5 minutes walk from St. Stephens cathedral. So its location is perfect. The staff is friendly, nice and very helpful. This was the most unexpectedly toddler-friendly hotel we've ever stayed in! Our room was super spacious (including big bathroom with kid-friendly shower/tub) and (this is silly but my daughter loved it) there was a little kid bath kit, will alligator shaped soap and tiger bath mit, delivered along with the crib. Also great was the elegant but nicely casual restaurant... More
