Very clean, nice room, kind personel, nice interior, breakfast with a variety of choices. Located a bit far from the center but not too far on foot, and you can take the underground or the tram. Overall a good value for money choice.

Spent only one night due to a problem with my booking at the "Royal" hotel, The hotel is big and fancy. Breakfast room is hugr with rich buffet. We had a Kaiser cake gift when we arrived which was delicious. Not located in the city center but on the ring, not far from the Rathaus. Huge rooms with very good... More

Location is OK. The hotel is old and it shows. The fact that is in Wien, does not justify the price for the accommodation. The carpets in the hallways stink. They need be replaced. The rooms were OK, although the one we had did not have a view. The restaurant was good, a little on the pricey side.

the location is good, nice and central. If you are on floor 6 then you need to take a lift to floor five and then either another lift to floor 6 or a set of stairs. . Choices on the restaurant evening meal menu are limited to say the least and if you're a vegetarian, forget it. My room was... More

We actually booked a room from Hotel Graben but because of some problems we got a room from their sisterhotel, Hotel Regina. At first I was a little dissapointed because I really wanted to stay near Graben. But when I saw our room in Regina, I couldn't care less about 10 minute walk😉 The room (up on the 4th floor)... Absolutely stunning hotel, the restaurant area and all downstairs is an old fashioned classical style. The rooms were nice. The staff were friendly. We ate here for dinner during our stay which was always lovely. Wifi included. The hotel is in a beautiful location and looks out on the Votive church which is stunning. The breakfast is great- lots of... More

I stayed here for three nights in a chilly February. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable, with free wifi. Breakfast was excellent- good range of hot and cold food. Bedroom was surprisingly quiet for a city centre. Very easy access to metro, tram and buses. Five minutes walk to the Town Hall. Charming old-style decor.
