Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel in terms of the rooms and cleanliness. We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. There wasn't any issue with noise from outside. Slight downside of this hotel would be the location whereby it's located in a quiet area. On the good side, there is a tram station about 200m from... more

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our 7th Wedding Anniversary. It was lovely! We had a Superior room and it was huge and had the most comfortable bed we have EVER had in a hotel! The bathroom was practically as big as the room but had no bathtub which would have been nice after a hard... more

Very disapointing hotel, after the initial expectation of an interesting place to stay and an inviting lobby we were let down by lack of interest of the staff. We had booked a superior room, but it was far from that, the room was very basic, no mini bar, we use this to store my husbands insulin, not to use the... more

Despite the series of negative reviews I decided to stay at this hotel for a week in December because of the reasonable price and proximity to the Reed Conference Center. The staff were quite friendly, the accommodations comfortable, and the breakfast also good. The proximity to Praterstern station makes the hotel quite convenient to get to and from the airport.... more

I stayed here for four hot days in June and the main problem was our inability to keep the windows open at night because of traffic noise and no air con. The room was large enough with plenty of wardrobe space and it was clean. Staff were pleasant and the hotel communal areas were very nice. Breakfast was exellent. I... more

This place was clean but we had a room at the very top and it was extremely noisy and no air con meant we didn't get to sleep. Also when we arrived the lift wasn't working so we have to carry our suitcases up to the 4th floor. Not entirely sure about the area but it was near to the... more

Stayed for one night in this hotel during a conference in Vienna in a Standard room. The room was cold even if the heater was on. The bathroom had a prison cell appearance (check my pictures) with old finishings. It is the first time that I see a bathroom shaped like the letter L. Breakfast was average but the room... more

I stayed here last Christmas, as part of a tour through Central Europe with my boyfriend and his parents. The hotel itself was clean and modern, the art was certainly novelty! The room was lvoely, we had an economy standard room and did not feel the need to upgrade, the bathroom was clean and bright. Certainly we didn't have a... more

Bedrooms are large, clean and rather nice, BUT : 1) the neighborhood is bad / even dangerous when you come back in the evening (a lot of "drunken freaks" in the area, due to a nearby supermarket) 2) the hotel is not so close from the city center (20/25 minutes by foot) 3) our room on the streetside was quite... more
