This hotel is in need of refurbishment. Our room was a fair size but was dated. It also had a strange configuration of furniture and fittings. At the front of the hotel there is a road and there is a train line at the back, consequently the rooms can be rather noisy. Positives Empty mini-bar was great to use as... More

Cozy, big room with nice big bed, huge very nice bathroom with actual BATH!!! All reminds me the American, not a Euro standard. Very clean. Internet over Wi-Fi or wire free of charge. The best drinkable water from the tap I ever tasted! Breakfast is very nice, awesome choice of meals, hot and cold, yogurt and many other staff. Very... More

Having looked at this hotel on Trip Advisor we did not have great expectations, how right we were.! Also our hotel the previous night had been superb- oh dear. No way on earth this place should advertise itself as 4*. Our room was very basic with very old furniture, but large enough. No kettle,- not even a bottle of water.Our... More

My family and I spent one night at this place that masquerades as a hotel in, ironically, what is one of the prettiest cities in the world. We checked in on the evening of October 6 and checked out this morning. That was enough to get a taste of the horrible hotel. A request for an extra pillow was met... More

I stayed for just one night. The receptionist in the evening was pretty unfriendly. The room was clean but had old furniture. Next morning I tried to change a five euro note into coins in order to pay my ticket for the tram. The receptionist told me in an unfriendly way that it was definately not possible!!!!! I had to... Quite far from city centre, kind of a standard hotel. Missing a couple of points, e.g. you can't charge your drinks at the bar to the room, the bar is rather boring and has no atmosphere. Rooms are ok, clean, not too small, but the bed was too soft for a comfortable sleep.

I booked this hotel to spend one night flight overlay in Vienna, The hotel is approx 1 hours away of the Vienna Airport. First you need to take the Vienna Airport bus to its last station Westbahnhof in the center of the city (45-minute journey, departures every 30 minutes), then take the tram 52 to "Ameisgasse" in the direction of... Location is good, tram stops 50 meters from the hotel and the palace Schonbrunn is 4 tram stops. You can reach the center by tram 52 changed with U3 subway line in about 20-25 min. The hotel is very tidy, friendly staff, room and bathroom looks great, worthy stars hotel, and breakfast very varied, well above expectation. Report Price -... More
