We chose the Kavalier for 3 nights based upon price, location (near Schoenbrunn) and the availability of car parking. We arrived at about 2.30pm and Check-in was quick and our room was available. We had asked for a double room, but it was configured as a twin; however we found that the centre piece between the two singles clipped off... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The hotel is situated near tram station, which is good for those who are getting around Vienna by public transport. The room was big and clean, but the hall had an unknown odour. Breakfast was good. They didn't have the coffee machine. They serve coffee in thermal bottles. The hotel doesn't have... More

Where to start: we arrived at 10:30 AM (morning flight from Belgrade) and a little bit rude receptionist told us: No, we cannot accommodate you. Check in starts at 14 PM. We must ask (almost beg) to leave there our suitcase. And go to rainy Schonbrunn. Another problem: we ask for double room. The gave us two beds. After my... More

Have returned to this hotel for a second stay, this time for a week. It's location is very handy, especially if you are driving to Vienna. They have an underground car park, so you forget about your car and use the Underground/ tram etc. using the Vienna Pass. An underground station is a 5/10 min walk away, but with the... More

This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel, it is much more like a 2 star. The staff are rude and do not provide good customer service. The location is not good as it is very far from the city, it is also situated in an area which is not very nice. There was no tea/coffee making facilities... More

It is quite far from the centre, internet is not working, towels are dirty, also has an old fashioned tv. You can hardly reach reception by phone. I have never seen a 4 star hotel in this quality in my life.

Very nice accommodations and easy access to public transportation. Never used our auto for the two nights we stayed. One thing could be better, the a/c could work better as the temperature in room would not be cool enough. Now, if you like it a bit warmer than good on you, we like a cooler room somewhere around 20-21c. Since... More

The hotel is nice, the rooms quite luxurious, and the staff friendly and co-operative. However something seems seriously amiss with the way the Senior Management has planned the logistics for the holiday season. We were given our rooms after almost 90 minutes from the slated time of 14:00, after we had parked our luggage, strolled out and found ourselves some... More

Kavalier is near the Wein Peiping station. It was about 10 pm when we entered the reception & rang the bell. After a good 5 mins waiting we realized the guy smoking at the door was the receptionist & he came trudging inside only after finishing off his cigarette. We had pre-booked our stay & checking in was hassle free.... More

This motel did everything it advertised. The rooms were reasonable , they were clean, they were affordable. Nothing about this hotel stands out for me, which means it's average. I can neither condemn it nor overtly praise it. As my day was spent site seeing, then the motel certainly met my needs as I didn't spend much time in it.
