We (myself and wife) stayed in allegro for 4 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The connectivity to public transport is excellent. The hotel staff was nice, English speaking and ready to help anytime. Though it is not in the heart of the city, it takes only 15 mins to reach there. The standard double room was pretty big.... I happened to make a wrong booking (one day earlier) and then when I showed up on the next day, they found a room for me in their hotel and did not charge me any money for it! this hotel does take care of its clients really well, and sets up very good prices (we paid only 49 euro for... More

Near center, 35 minutes walking. Easy to find (we traveled by car). Receptionist was very kind, excellent English speaker. Lots of small caffe bars and restaurants nearby. Room is very big, clean and warm. Free wifi, very good connection.

We dont mind walking to the city centre everyday for about 40 minutes. There are many routes to discover, although the subway is just 2 minutes away. Nice neighborhood. There is a taxi stand nearby. Lots of small cafe and groceries nearby. Receptionist was very helpful in calling the office of our tour guide. Easy check in and out. Will... More

As another reviewer put it, "very good for what it is". It is not centrally located, but immediately next to metro and tram stops, so any place in Vienna is within quick and convenient reach. Room was clean, wifi good. When I checked, I was not given the room I had booked (a double room), because they were overbooked -... More

You could have gotten a high ceiling, a big room, a poor breakfast, a good service and an excellent transport system just near your walls if you had chosen this hotel to stay. So, it's nice to be inside but be sure: you need a ticket for wiener liener to get anywhere in wien from here (the olg town is... More

Stayed in room 201 October 8-10. This hotel was part of a package purchased through Expedia. It is not close to the InnerStadt but is adjacent to a tram/metro stop where you can get downtown fairly easily. Room was spacious and clean. Wireless worked well. Room overlooked a busy street but windows kept down street noise. Front desk staff were... More
