I stayed for only one night, arriving late. Staff very nice and efficient. Situated in a good place, close to some places to eat fast until late night. Subway at 5 minutes distance, Billa on the other side of the road. The building seems to be old and has a typical classic Vienna architecture and interior design. The room was... More

Very comfortable room, large.Large bathroom. Very good breakfast. Good location, not far from city center . It is clean, secure and comfortable, within easy reach of the metro station,Nice staff. There is a supermarket and some fast-food restaurants right in front of the hotel. Great value for money.

The hotel needs a serious refurbishment. Rooms are old and stinky, the moquette is terrible and stinks.. Also in our fridge it seemed like smell of dead bodies I was almost dying..never opened it again..WIFI IS EMBARASSING, IN 2015 A FOUR STAR HOTEL CANNOT OFFER SUCH POOR QUALITY WIFI. Furniture is old and worn-out, bathroom is too small and bath... More

The hotel was warm and inviting when we first entered the lobby, and I was pleased with the charm and the quaint, old feeling. Our room was comfortable, but I was a bit taken aback at the presence of hairs in the bathroom (yuck!!!). As I did a closer inspection of the room, I found multiple examples of the room... More

The location of this hotel is an easy walk into the heart of Vienna or a quick tram ride. The rooms are an older style and quaint. Not very clean (stained towels and bed linen, hair and dust in bathroom). The internet is practically non existent in my room (far from reception) and lobby internet is so slow....had to use... After doing a 10 day trip around Hungary, Slovakia and Austria I have to say this was the worst Hotel we stayed at. Location was great as the D Line takes you around the Ring and is across the street. Some of the staff were good but others did not understand what the meaning of service was. The rooms were... We chose this hotel over many because of the price. The hotel is nice looking with lots of wood. The location is not the best as it is kind of far from downtown and at night the area gets kind of empty We took a taxi the first day to downtown which charged us around 10 euros. We bought the... I saw in a bath sombody's hair which was disgusting for me. Room was old and decorated with sad colors, furniture was also dirty...breakfast was the only thing that was good in this hotel. Location of the hotel is also good, easy and qiuck reach to the centre by tram D ( about 15 minutes). There is a very good... More

We were booked here on a tour. The hotel is a little out of the way but a short cab ride from the square. Right next to a main train station as well. The hotel staff is friendly and there is free wifi but most of our group could not use it in the rooms and even in the lobby... More

Only stayed one night as part of a tour, but this hotel had by far the best character - good ambience and décor, attractive inside an out. Room was clean, comfy bed, and had bath as well as a shower. Very quiet (we were at the back). Only minus point - no tea/coffee making facilities. We didn't have dinner there,... More
